Tomato spotted wilt virus in protected edible crops

Several cases of Tomato spotted wilt virus occurred in UK sweet pepper crops in 2008 and 2009.  Outbreaks have previously occurred in the UK on lettuce and tomato. This factsheet summarises information on the biology and control of this potentially serious disease in protected edible crops.
