Potato spindle tuber viroid in tomato and new viroid reports

The first confirmed case of potato spinder tuber viroid (PSTVd) in a UK tomato crop occurred in 2003. Outbreaks have also occurred in Germany, the Netherlands and New Zealand. This factsheet summarises information on the biology and control of this potentially serious disease.
