`Beef Back Ribs – 4 bone Rack

These racks are produced from the fore rib section.

The length of the tail is not to exceed 60mm from the outer tip of the eye muscle.

Remove the bone by sheet boning.

Saw to remove the rib section.

Saw ribs in half to create Beef Back Ribs - 4 bone racks.
